Each one-on-one private session includes:
Assessment -Through testing, and comprehensive history
in-take, identify restrictions and limitations of the musculoskeletal system.
Observation/ Discussion - Observation and discussion of performance mechanics; emphasis on biomechanical analysis.
Body Work - Incorporating deep tissue massage to break up adhesions, increase range of motion and muscle performance.
Stretching - Active Isolated Stretching (The Mattes Method), Contract/Relax Stretching and Static Stretching are used to restore expected range of motion and muscle flexibility.
Homework - Clients are empowered to take charge of their own bodies by practicing suggested new mechanics as well as stretching and strengthening exercises. |
